The three hi-vis classes
EN ISO 20471 sets three levels of protection. Each one carries a minimum area of background and retroreflective material.
Private roads, or worn together with a higher class garment.
A and B class roads, and delivery drivers.
Motorways, dual carriageways and airports.
A class 2 jacket and class 2 trousers can be certified as a class 3 combination, provided the supplier gives clear instructions on how the classification was achieved.

Orbit International is a family owned manufacturer of waterproof outerwear, uniform, leisure and PPE clothing, based in Birmingham.
One of the first UK companies to set up manufacturing in China, Orbit now runs its own factories in Shandong, Tunisia and Sri Lanka.
Embroidery and embellishment, done in house
Our in-house embroidery facility gives you control over both numbers and complexity, on any garment in the Orbit range. Heat seal logos and badges are added here too, in large or small runs.
From your image or file we create the artwork and a sample for your approval, then store it for your exclusive use.
